Glass Canvas

Did you say glass? Yes, that’s right… glass. Unlike some other products out on the market that may use acrylic panels, we use 6mm glass. We feel that glass not only gives a better appearance but it is cool and smooth to the touch which makes it feel stronger and long lasting.

The glass that we use in our panels is low iron, which means that it is completely clear and does not cast any tint or hue over your image. For strong colours this does not really mean too much, but for white areas it means that you see pure white and black will appear black and not grey.

The best reason we see for using clear glass for showing images is that when light is shone either directly onto the panel or in the surrounding area, it creates a unique effect which can make the image stand out as if it has a texture or depth.
